The demolition works at St. Laurance O’Tooles was completed for Ganson Building & Civil Engineering, MCB Civils were employed as sub-contractors. MCB Civils completed the soft strip of the building followed by the removal of all asbestos containing materials. The external chimney, boiler house and plant room could all then be demolished by MCB Civils. All waste resulting from the demolition was then segregated and disposed of off site to licensed waste facilities.
