MCB Civils package consisted of the following elements on this project:

• Licensed Asbestos Removal
• Site clearance
• Bulk Excavation
• Foundations
• Breaking out & cropping of piles
• Waste disposal
• Drainage
• Ducts & services

All asbestos was removed and disposed of, off site to a licensed waste facility. Asbestos was identified via the client’s survey provided.

All asbestos related work was conducted by a specialist asbestos sub-contractor employed directly by MCB Civils. This was managed through the site and commercial teams. The building was then demolished using MCB Civils plant and crushed and Segregated on site then taking to an offsite waste disposal facility.

The site was then cleared, to begin the civils element of this package. Excavation began to reduce the levels on the site to form the layout.
