Demolition Works to Newtownabbey Community High School.

Premises were made up of several different buildings.

Main school Building was split over 4 levels Basement, Ground floor, First floor & Second floor.

MCB were tasked with the site clearance of all previously accumulated wastes from vandalised areas to ensure clearance from any hazards prior to demolitions.

Asbestos removals to known surveyed areas with undisclosed basement concrete link ducts surveyed with subsequent ACMs removed.

Demolition works included the demolition of the entire buildings down to slab level, disposal of all Asbestos and waste to licensed facilities, Soft stripping of all finishes, fixtures, furniture’s and fittings. Demolition and alteration which included existing structures and basement. Car Park areas to the east and west of the site which had to be maintained during the duration of the project

Site perimeter Paladin fencing erected to keep the public safe from siteworks and future development. Topsoil was imported and graded on the common areas and a specified grass seed was used to finish. Upon completion all waste dockets and site-specific certificates were handed over to the client.
